This eggless pudding recipe uses simple ingredients such as condensed milk, cream, cava and caramel. If you don't have cuajada available, you can replace it with maicena or maíz almidón. The pudding is prepared by heating the ingredients in a saucepan and then pouring them into a mold suitable for the fridge. Ingredients

  • 400 g condensed milk
  • 200 ml of cream or crema de leche (minimum 35% of fat)
  • 2 tablespoons of cuajada (or 100 g of maicena/alidón de maíz)
  • 400 ml leche entera (optional)
  • Liquid caramel

Method of preparation

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, add the condensed milk and the cream. Stir until the ingredients are well integrated.

  6. Cover the mold with aluminum foil and let the pudding cool to room temperature. Then refrigerate for at least two or three hours.
  7. Once the pudding is well cooked, carefully unmold it and enjoy this delicious dish.
